THE ROLE
Specific activities include:
– Preparation and filing of court documents and exhibits
– Preparing briefs to counsel and experts;
– E-discovery
– Drafting, transcribing, typing and proof-reading letters and documents
– Liaising with clients and solicitors of other parties
– Working with solicitors to ensure critical milestones are met
– Administrative management of matters
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The Client is looking for someone who can join the team quickly and hit the ground running. To secure this role you must
– have experience with managing personal injury matters in Queensland;
– be adept at using the Microsoft Office Suite;
– be confident in drafting and preparing accurate documentation and correspondence;
– have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
– have a proactive mindset to get the job done; and
– be able to work well independently.
AVAILABILITY
Candidates with anywhere between 3 and 5 days per week will be considered for this role.
This position would suit a final year law student or law graduate.
