How it works
From application to your first project

Apply
Complete our application and, generally speaking, we'll advise you of the outcome within five business days. At a minimum, we'll confirm when you've been added to our email list for future positions.

Screening
If we'd like to consider you for a position, we'll begin with a phone screening to discuss your availability, notice period, work and studies. A video interview follows so we can learn what makes you tick and the roles you're seeking.
- 03
Client introductions
We'll introduce you to suitable clients. In some cases, the client will also invite you to an interview before making their decision.
- 04
Contracting
If a client offers you a role, you'll be employed by Yegal as a casual and assigned to that client for the duration of the engagement.
