We require a paralegal with Family Law or commercial litigation  experience to start work immediately working either part or full time for a 3-4 month block of work.

The successful candidate will have experience drafting precedent letters and court documents.

Day to Day Duties

• Supporting a team of lawyers who primarily practice family law
• Drafting of legal correspondence including advices, chronologies, position papers, briefs for counsel and evidence bundles.

• Drafting of client correspondence.

• Legal research.

• File administration.
